Richemont is recruiting a Customer Relations Senior Staff member in Tokyo to lead client engagement and retention strategies within the luxury sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
- Oversee the clienteling strategies and activities across assigned accounts or geographic territories
- Supervise and mentor junior customer relations staff, providing guidance on best practices and service standards
- Develop personalized engagement programs and experiences tailored to client preferences and purchasing behaviors
- Coordinate with retail, wholesale, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless client communications and service consistency
- Monitor client feedback and implement corrective measures to address concerns and enhance service quality
- Prepare and present performance reports on client retention, satisfaction metrics, and account growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relations, client services, or luxury retail management
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and maintaining high client satisfaction scores
