Richemont seeks Operations & Customer Service Coordinator in Tokyo, Japan. Support luxury jewelry and watch operations with data management, quality inspection, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Verify condition of incoming items (watches, jewelry) and input data into system; generate quotations and invoices
- Inspect completed repair items, record results, coordinate with technicians, and provide technical support
- Manage unpacking, packing, quantity verification, and logistics documentation; liaise with shipping partners
- Order and replenish parts, create and maintain kits, and conduct inventory audits
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding repair details and quotations via email and telephone; coordinate with internal departments
- Monitor repair status and manage delivery timelines
- Handle general office duties including telephone and visitor reception, procurement and management of supplies and packaging materials, and invoice processing
- Lead support staff and collaborate with management to strengthen team capability and enhance operational performance
Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency (required)
- Business-level English proficiency (preferred)
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel functions and PowerPoint
- SAP experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to perform rapid and accurate data entry
- Strong collaborative and communication skills

Education
