Richemont seeks a Customer Contact Center Representative in Munich, Germany. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Process customer requests and transactions with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer records and documentation
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters appropriately
  • Provide product and service information to customers with professional courtesy
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators for call handling, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
