Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end supply flows for customer service and after‑sales operations, ensuring timely allocation and matching of parts, components and finished goods to repair and client requests.
- Process and prioritise CS orders, returns and intersite transfers; prepare shipping documentation and labels and liaise with warehouses and carriers to execute movements.
- Perform product matching and verification — confirm part numbers, serials and provenance to safeguard authenticity and traceability for repairs and replacements.
- Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts, reconciliations and stock adjustments; manage reserve and critical‑spare inventories for high‑value product lines.
- Update ERP and CRM systems with order status, inventory movements and client communications; generate reports and dashboard metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with boutiques, repair ateliers, procurement, quality and logistics partners to anticipate demand and expedite high‑priority flows.
- Investigate and resolve supply exceptions and customer escalations, coordinating expedited logistics for VIP clients when required.
- Monitor operational KPIs (lead time, fill rate, OTIF) and contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimise after‑sales responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply coordination, inventory control or after‑sales logistics; experience within luxury goods, watches/jewellery or premium fashion preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in matching parts, serials and product provenance.
- Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills to interact with boutiques, ateliers and external carriers.
- Proven ability to prioritise competing requests and work effectively under time constraints and shipping windows.
- Comfort with handling high‑value goods and adherence to strict security, authenticity and compliance procedures.

Experience
At least 2 years in supply coordination, inventory or after‑sales logistics; prior exposure to luxury retail or repair environments is highly advantageous.
Education
High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred.
