Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end CRM project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and post-launch support
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder coordination across multiple business units
- Monitor project performance against KPIs and deliver regular status reports to senior leadership
- Manage scope, risk, and change control to ensure project objectives are met within defined constraints
- Facilitate requirements gathering and document business needs for CRM system enhancements

Qualifications
