Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic clienteling initiatives by designing extraction criteria based on purchase history and behavioral data for store events and new product launches, creating high-precision target lists that drive retail success
- Reconstruct and optimize end-to-end CRM processes from data collection through utilization, establishing efficient operational workflows that elevate overall CRM quality and capability
- Direct the planning and production of brand-aligned customer communications including Direct Mail, Digital campaigns, and Events that embody the brand identity and cultivate desirability
- Educate and engage retail staff and cross-functional stakeholders on the strategic importance of CRM and data-driven relationship management, fostering an environment that facilitates field execution
- Design and deliver exclusive experiences for VIC (Very Important Client) segments, providing personalized hospitality in close collaboration with store teams to deepen client relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in retail CRM, with demonstrated experience in luxury fashion or high-end luxury sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, CRM, Luxury Brand Business, or related field; or equivalent professional expertise
- Advanced logical thinking and data design capabilities; ability to translate business objectives into actionable data segmentation and targeting strategies
- Proven ownership mindset with experience building and refining processes from inception rather than managing established systems
- Deep theoretical knowledge of luxury branding and luxury consumer psychology, with the sensibility to execute tasteful, brand-coherent CRM initiatives
