CRM Manager position at Richemont in Milan. Lead customer relationship strategy and platform optimization for luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer relationship management strategies to enhance client engagement and retention across multiple channels
- Oversee CRM platform implementation, configuration, and optimization to ensure seamless integration with luxury brand operations
- Manage client data governance, segmentation, and database quality to support personalized marketing and sales initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to align on CRM objectives and campaign execution
- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to inform targeted clienteling programs and loyalty initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and reporting metrics to measure CRM effectiveness and ROI on digital customer experience investments
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of luxury retail client segmentation and high-net-worth customer engagement strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead technology projects and coordinate across business units
- Proficiency with data analytics and customer insights tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field

Experience
7–10 years of progressive experience in customer relationship management, digital marketing, or retail operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within the luxury goods or high-end retail sector
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent professional qualification
