CRM Intern at Vacheron Constantin (Richemont) in Singapore - support luxury client engagement and CRM initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational management of Salesforce and The View clienteling platforms
- Generate comprehensive clienteling reports and facilitate client data reassignment processes within CRM systems
- Oversee data capture and registration for local marketing campaigns using approved platforms
- Prepare detailed materials for monthly regional CRM review meetings utilizing LOOKER and Salesforce reporting tools
- Support planning and development of regional newsletter briefs and email campaigns
- Create and execute clienteling outreach campaigns within the clienteling application
- Coordinate international, regional, and local client events and hospitality visits in collaboration with boutique teams and Headquarters
- Manage administrative aspects including vendor account creation in SAP, expense tracking, event programming, and RSVP management
- Facilitate creation, updating, and maintenance of regional CRM documents including boutique activation calendars and gift inventory trackers
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for and in-depth knowledge of the luxury market and its discerning clientele
- Excellent proficiency in Excel for data processing and analysis
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating impactful proposals and presentations
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong communication abilities
- Proven project management and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive Maison and client information with discretion and professionalism
Skills
Experience
No specific years of experience required; however, demonstrable background in CRM operations, customer relationship management, or hospitality-oriented roles is advantageous.
Education
Upper secondary education or equivalent minimum; tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, or hospitality management preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
