Richemont is hiring a CRM Intern in Plan‑les‑Ouates, Switzerland. Support CRM campaigns, segmentation and reporting for luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and other owned channels, including build, QA and scheduling.
- Produce customer and segment lists using database filters and basic SQL; maintain CRM database hygiene and suppression lists.
- Assist with A/B tests, campaign tracking and post-campaign performance reporting to optimise open, click and conversion metrics.
- Contribute to creation of campaign content and templates in collaboration with creative and local retail teams.
- Prepare regular dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to inform retention, loyalty and lifecycle initiatives.
- Coordinate with regional marketing, ecommerce and boutique teams to ensure consistent customer journeys and data flows.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications or a related field.
- Strong numerical literacy with ability to manipulate data in Excel; basic SQL knowledge preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail in campaign execution and QA.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional matrix.

Experience
Some prior exposure to CRM, digital marketing or analytics through academic projects, internships or part‑time roles; hands-on experience with email marketing or a CRM platform is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications or equivalent.
