Richemont is hiring a CRM & Digital Project Manager in Schaffhausen to lead customer relationship and digital transformation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM and digital projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor CRM system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
