Delvaux CRM & Client Engagement Manager in Tokyo, Japan – luxury leather goods maison seeks experienced CRM professional.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and execute regular and ad-hoc customer loyalty actions including email campaigns, client gifting, VIP events, and exclusive experiences, including segmentation, data handling, content preparation, and vendor coordination
- Measure and analyze the impact of CRM-related initiatives, track KPIs, and propose strategic recommendations for future campaigns
- Develop and implement comprehensive clienteling strategies to enrich individual contact plans for sales associates and optimize client portfolio management
- Lead the overall client treatment strategy, including customized gifting and event programs designed to recruit new clients and strengthen relationships with existing Delvaux clientele
- Manage new customer recruitment projects including external partnership tie-ups and brand activation initiatives
- Analyze customer data to build detailed customer profiles and establish performance metrics for CRM activities using CRM-related IT tools in collaboration with global headquarters
- Ensure deep implementation of Richemont privacy policy and local legal requirements (Personal Information Protection Law), acting as the primary contact for personal data governance
- Coordinate CRM initiatives with boutiques, retail teams, marketing, and PR departments, ensuring alignment between local and global strategies
- Update and optimize the global CRM application to reflect Japanese market requests and continuous improvement priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of CRM, client engagement, or clienteling experience in the luxury fashion industry
- Demonstrated experience interacting directly with and managing high-value clients
- Native-level proficiency in English; business-level fluency in Japanese
- Strong analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving ability and business acumen
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
