Richemont seeks a CRM & Client Development Analyst in New York to drive client segmentation, CRM campaigns and data-driven client strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, execute and optimise CRM campaigns and client development initiatives to increase engagement and lifetime value of priority client segments.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation models and propensity scores to identify high-potential clients and tailor personalised experiences.
  • Build, maintain and distribute regular performance reporting and interactive dashboards for CRM, retention and acquisition KPI tracking.
  • Extract, transform and analyse transactional, behavioural and demographic data to produce actionable commercial insights.
  • Partner with retail, marketing, e‑commerce and clienteling teams to align campaign execution, data flows and client touchpoints.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and governance; implement processes for list hygiene, suppression rules and consent management in line with data privacy requirements.
  • Support the selection, configuration and adoption of CRM and marketing automation platforms and clienteling tools.
  • Translate analytical findings into concise recommendations and present business cases to stakeholders for prioritisation and investment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, data analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM, client development or analytics experience within retail or luxury industries.
  • Proven track record of managing CRM campaigns and delivering measurable uplift in client engagement or revenue.
  • Demonstrable experience with customer segmentation, A/B testing and campaign measurement.
  • Strong communicator with ability to present complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
