Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers and creative directors on design projects across Richemont's portfolio brands
- Contribute to mood boards, visual concepts, and design iterations under mentorship
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and cross-functional team meetings
- Assist in research and trend analysis to inform design direction
- Support the development of marketing collateral and brand communications
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury brands and design excellence
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative capability and design thinking
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
- Excellent visual communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment

Experience
