Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor service quality and customer voice (VOC) performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities, developing and implementing targeted action plans to enhance client experience and work efficiency
- Lead quality evaluations, calibration sessions, coaching programs, and training initiatives for Client Advisors, identifying development needs based on QA results, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback
- Analyze client journeys, VOC, KPIs, and channel performance data to generate actionable insights and provide regular reporting to support performance improvements and action plan effectiveness
- Partner with Regional and HQ teams to implement and enhance client service systems and digital tools, coordinating user acceptance testing and supporting system validation
- Facilitate change management initiatives including user communication, training programs, and adoption strategies for new systems and processes to drive operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proven training and coaching experience in luxury retail or contact center environment with Quality Management expertise
- Demonstrated expertise in clienteling, coaching, and selling methodologies
- Proficiency in English and Korean at business fluency level

Experience
Training and coaching experience in a luxury retail or contact center environment, including quality management responsibilities. Experience with performance analytics, advisor development programs, and systems implementation in a customer-facing or operational support role.
