Richemont — CRC Operations & Analytics Intern in Singapore. Support customer relations operations, reporting and analytics for Richemont's maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support CRC (Customer Relations Centre) daily operations including queue management, case routing and SLA monitoring.
- Compile, cleanse and analyse operational datasets to produce regular performance reports and ad-hoc insights for stakeholders.
- Design and maintain dashboards and visualisations to track KPIs such as response times, resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve data pipelines to increase team efficiency.
- Collaborate with CRC managers, CRM and digital teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Participate in process improvement and quality assurance initiatives, including root-cause analysis of recurring issues.
- Document methodologies, assumptions and operational procedures to ensure knowledge continuity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience in data manipulation and reporting (academic projects or internships acceptable).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present quantitative findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to operational tasks and data validation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team and handle confidential customer information with discretion.

0–2 years of professional experience is typical; prior internships or project work in analytics, customer service operations or retail/CRM environments are advantageous.
Education
