Richemont is hiring an Intern in Hong Kong. Corporate internship supporting brand and corporate teams; ideal for students in business, marketing or luxury management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day team activities across corporate or brand functions (marketing, retail, commercial, finance or operations) with administrative and project assistance.
- Conduct market, competitor and consumer research; synthesise findings into concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards and slide decks to track KPIs, sales performance and project milestones.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of events, client-facing initiatives or in-store activations as required.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to ensure data accuracy, timely deliverables and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage confidential documents and communications with discretion and professional judgement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Finance, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; comfortable preparing reports and executive-level presentations.
- Highly organised, resourceful and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, brand-conscious environment.
- Professional demeanour, discretion handling sensitive information, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

No specific prior full‑time experience required; previous internships, academic projects or part‑time roles in retail, luxury, consulting or corporate settings will be considered favourably.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Luxury Management or comparable field.
