Richemont is seeking a Corporate Facilities Director to lead workplace operations, facilities strategy, and projects across New York, Connecticut, and Canada, with routine travel to Shelton, Connecticut, and Canadian locations. The role oversees budgets, facilities teams, vendors, compliance, sustainability, and technical building systems; the expected annual salary range is $180,000–$195,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate assigned facilities with stakeholders, prioritize short- and long-term needs, maintain project roadmaps, allocate resources, and align plans with Richemont Group Real Estate Guidelines.
- Plan and oversee facilities activities, including moves, renovations, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Lead operational and capital expenditure budget preparation, oversight, and reporting with Group and regional Real Estate/Workplace & Facilities leaders and Finance.
- Implement Richemont’s integrated facilities management strategy and analyze maintenance trends to develop proactive solutions that minimize operational disruptions.
- Partner with the Director of Corporate Facilities, Southwest & LatAm and stakeholders to establish facilities guidelines, best practices, and performance KPIs.
- Contribute to budget development, capital planning, cash flow management, and accurate, complete monthly financial reporting.
- Execute long-term facilities strategies and define service-level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs for third-party hard and soft facilities management services.
- Ensure portfolio staffing structures balance site coverage, performance, service excellence, and financial resources; ensure SLAs and KPIs meet contractual agreements and site policies and procedures are followed.
- Plan and manage inspections and maintenance of facilities, infrastructure, and electrical and mechanical equipment to support uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure Site Facilities Managers and Coordinators maintain accurate, timely, qualitative, and reliable management reporting.
- Maintain compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations across facilities and the region.
- Lead the definition, monitoring, and alignment of Workplace & Facilities processes and procedures across functions, Maisons, and work locations; recommend efficiencies and improvements.
- Ensure a rapid, reliable response to employee requests related to Workplace & Facilities and serve as the regional escalation point for technical and mechanical matters.
- Partner with Health & Safety on the Company’s Emergency Response plans as needed.
- Maintain productive relationships with property managers and relevant teams; keep leadership informed about property-specific issues and developments and trends in property and facilities management.
- Develop technical proficiency, industry knowledge, and communication skills, and promote and implement technologies that improve facilities management delivery.
- Lead workplace management, construction, and maintenance projects across Richemont’s New York, Connecticut, and Canada locations; maintain project roadmaps, define delivery processes, and allocate resources.
- Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables with stakeholders; manage client service and project communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets and financial expectations, negotiate contracts, oversee compliance, risk management, and quality assurance, and support project teams with technical evaluations, advice, and guidance.
- Oversee vendor, contractor, and service-provider selection and management; negotiate contracts, review performance, manage relationships, and ensure services meet agreements and standards.
- Facilitate timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and support the Procurement Lead in negotiating service contracts to balance performance and cost.
- Partner with the regional CSR leader to promote sustainable practices and resources, and recommend sustainability measures for renovations and new construction in alignment with Group guidance.
- Monitor sustainable, cost-effective Workplace & Facilities practices, trends, and innovations and make recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and communications to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Lead direct reports and their teams, supporting high-quality service, performance, employee growth, and professional development.
- Provide technical expertise and consultation on facilities mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- AED/First Aid certification preferred.
- At least 10 years of corporate facilities management experience, including at least 5 years in large buildings or multi-campus environments; luxury-environment experience preferred.
- Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, permits, ADA, sustainability and energy management, and related compliance requirements.
- Understanding of architectural schematics and drawings.
- Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
