Richemont is hiring a Core Business Events Project Manager in Paris on a fixed-term contract to manage corporate and brand events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project management of corporate and brand events, from initial concept through post-event evaluation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to ensure flawless event execution
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize costs whilst maintaining premium quality standards
- Develop comprehensive event briefs, project plans, and contingency strategies
- Monitor event logistics, technical requirements, and on-site coordination
- Prepare detailed post-event reports and performance analyses to inform future initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in events project management within a corporate or luxury environment
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor and stakeholder relationship management
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage complex timelines and competing priorities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in events project management, preferably within a multinational corporate, luxury, or high-end hospitality setting.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
