Cartier Events Project Manager in Paris – manage luxury brand events, boutique experiences, and international projects. Full-time contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and execution of Core Business events in alignment with Brand Image, Brand Experience, and Communication strategies
- Contribute to creative development coordination including venue selection, scenography, and content creation whilst briefing external agencies
- Support implementation of event objectives with consideration to ROI, guest expectations, and brand narratives
- Assist in the production and technical development of international events, ensuring adherence to project plans
- Apply and enforce compliance with event guidelines for regional and local event execution
- Monitor and report on event performance against defined KPIs
- Stay informed of luxury, art, and communication trends to enrich project outcomes and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
- Proactively identify innovative ideas and potential partners for Brand Experience projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in business, communication, or related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in event project management, preferably in the luxury sector
- Demonstrated passion for aesthetics, design, art, architecture, and trend forecasting
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and French

3–5 years of event project management experience, ideally within the luxury goods, jewelry, or premium hospitality sectors. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with complex, international project environments and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) in business administration, communication, marketing, or a closely related discipline.
