Role & Responsibilities
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation and validation of balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
- Prepare management reports and variance analyses for business stakeholders and senior finance teams.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and rolling planning cycles, consolidating inputs and performing scenario analysis.
- Analyse operational and financial performance metrics to identify drivers and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the optimisation of controlling processes, tools and internal controls to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Collaborate with commercial, supply chain and accounting teams to ensure alignment of financial information and to support ad-hoc business requests.
- Participate in finance projects (system migrations, reporting automation, KPI harmonisation) and produce clear documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a closely related discipline; Master’s degree or ongoing postgraduate study preferred.
- Strong analytical aptitude with an ability to synthesize quantitative information into concise conclusions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to present findings to non-finance stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to work in a multinational, multi-brand environment and to undertake assigned rotations or projects.

Experience
Early-career candidates; internship or up to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling functions is acceptable. Prior exposure to financial reporting, budgeting or audit is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; Master’s preferred or ongoing postgraduate study.
