Richemont Paris internship: Continuous Improvement Project Manager for Client Services Workshop. Drive process optimization and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities within client services workshop operations
- Coordinate and execute continuous improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze process workflows and develop optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
- Track and measure key performance indicators and project outcomes
- Document process improvements and best practices for replication
Qualifications
- Project management experience or demonstrated capability in operational improvement initiatives
