Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site diagnosis of tool workflows and practices, including storage, utilization, and movement patterns
- Establish a unified, reliable tool inventory by identifying and eliminating stock discrepancies and duplicates
- Develop and deploy an operational tracking system (digital or simplified) enabling real-time visibility
- Ensure alignment between tool availability and production scheduling requirements
- Define and implement straightforward, robust management standards applicable across all teams
