Richemont Continuous Improvement Mechanic Intern position in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland—join luxury watchmaking manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement projects focused on mechanical processes and manufacturing efficiency
- Assist in analyzing production workflows and identifying optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process refinement initiatives
- Document and present findings related to mechanical systems and efficiency gains
- Participate in lean methodology implementation and workplace standardization
- Contribute to troubleshooting and quality assurance in mechanical production areas
Qualifications
