Richemont Continuous Improvement Intern in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland – support lean operations and process excellence projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and analysing operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Support the documentation and standardisation of manufacturing or operational processes
- Participate in lean workshops and continuous improvement projects
- Gather and analyse process data to inform improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to implement process enhancements
- Prepare reports and presentations on improvement initiatives and outcomes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an engineering, operations management, or business programme
- Familiarity with lean methodologies or continuous improvement concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; relevant coursework or academic projects in operations, quality management, or process improvement are advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
