Richemont Continuous Improvement Intern in Paris – support lean and process optimization projects in a global luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement across assigned departments
- Support the implementation of lean methodologies and continuous improvement projects
- Gather and analyze operational data to measure performance against key indicators
- Prepare documentation and process maps to support efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test process improvements
- Monitor progress of improvement initiatives and report findings to senior management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, engineering, supply chain, or related program
- Familiarity with lean principles or continuous improvement frameworks is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
