Cartier seeks a Continuous Improvement and Logistics Performance Intern for a 6-month position at the Paris jewelry manufacturing facility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities within the production and logistics service
- Actively participate in implementing projects designed to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Design and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate logistics process effectiveness
- Contribute to knowledge management by documenting best practices, procedures, and optimization methodologies
- Support the transformation of operational data into meaningful performance metrics and dashboards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in logistics, industrial management, or related field
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to transform data into significant performance indicators
- Genuine interest in continuous improvement concepts and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills
- Proficiency with office software including Excel and PowerPoint
Skills
Experience
Currently studying in logistics, industrial management, or a related discipline; internship or entry-level exposure to operational or process improvement environments is beneficial.
Education
Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or equivalent discipline.
