Richemont Continuous Improvement & Industrial Performance Intern in Beaune — support lean initiatives and process optimization in luxury manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities
- Assist in implementing process improvements and monitoring their effectiveness
- Prepare documentation and reports on industrial performance metrics
- Collaborate with production and management teams to develop and execute improvement action plans
- Participate in kaizen events and cross-functional problem-solving workshops
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of an engineering, operations management, or related programme
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Skills
Experience
Internship or project experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement preferred; academic exposure to industrial engineering or business improvement methodologies.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, operations management, industrial management, or related discipline.
