Richemont is hiring a Contact Centre Ambassador in Sydney — deliver exceptional client service for a leading luxury maisons in Australia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class client service across inbound and outbound channels (telephone, email, live chat and social enquiries) with a tone appropriate to luxury-brand clientele.
- Manage order placement, amendments, cancellations, returns and after-sales enquiries accurately and in accordance with brand policies.
- Record comprehensive client interactions and maintain up-to-date client profiles and activity in the CRM system.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to boutiques, after-sales or regional specialists as required.
- Achieve individual and team KPIs for service quality, response times and client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
- Maintain deep and current product and service knowledge to advise clients on collections, availability and care.
- Collaborate closely with boutiques, logistics and after-sales teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and client follow-up.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by feeding client insights into sales, marketing and product teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within luxury retail, premium services or a contact centre environment.
- Fluent English with exemplary verbal and written communication skills; additional languages advantageous but not required.
- Demonstrable ability to operate CRM platforms and contact-centre telephony systems with high accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and a client-first mindset appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
- Availability to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by contact-centre operations.
- Legal right to work in Australia.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years in customer service or contact-centre roles; prior experience with luxury brands or premium services is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary school completion (high school diploma); tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, communications or related discipline is desirable but not mandatory.
