Richemont seeks a Contact Center Sales Ambassador in Mexico City, Mexico — a sales role delivering exceptional client service across Richemont maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts with a consultative, sales-driven approach to convert enquiries into orders and appointments.
- Provide expert product information and personalised recommendations across the maison portfolio to reflect brand positioning and preserve client experience.
- Manage client records and sales activity within the CRM, ensuring accurate order entry, follow-ups and case management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs (conversion rates, average order value, client satisfaction and retention metrics).
- Coordinate with retail boutiques, after‑sales and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment, delivery and seamless client handovers.
- Escalate complex client issues appropriately and maintain compliance with data protection, anti‑fraud and internal sales procedures.
- Participate in product and sales training, promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives to support commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a high‑volume contact centre or telephone sales role, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting quantitative sales targets and delivering high levels of client service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a consultative selling mindset.
- Ability to operate CRM systems, follow structured sales processes and maintain meticulous client records.
- Comfort with multi‑channel client contact (phone, email, chat) and the agility to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in contact centre sales or client services, preferably within luxury, premium retail or a high‑touch customer environment.
Education
Secondary school completion is required; tertiary education in business, hospitality, communications or a related discipline is advantageous.
