Richemont seeks a Connected Planning Model Builder in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland. Develop and maintain Anaplan models for supply chain planning and business transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement best practices for Anaplan model development, including version control, documentation, and technical optimizations
- Maintain technical expertise and stay current with the latest developments in the Anaplan platform
- Ensure robustness, data integrity, accuracy, and reliability within all models
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications, formulas, and assumptions
- Investigate and resolve Anaplan-related issues, including data inconsistencies, formula errors, and system performance problems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple departments to understand challenges and translate requirements into scalable, efficient models
- Support new projects from conception through successful launch and deployment
- Facilitate knowledge exchange and best practices sharing across domains within the organization
- Actively contribute to the Anaplan community by sharing expertise, collaborating on projects, and driving innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
- Proven professional experience as an Anaplan Model Builder
- Anaplan Model Builder certification (mandatory)
- Anaplan Solution Architect certification (preferred)
- Experience in supply chain planning and processes
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and management tools such as Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English and French

Proven professional experience as an Anaplan Model Builder with demonstrated expertise in developing, maintaining, and optimizing planning models. Supply chain experience is required. The candidate should be comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and driving solutions from initial requirements through implementation.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related discipline.
