Richemont Connected Planning Model Builder in Villars sur Glâne—build advanced supply chain optimization models for luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and build integrated planning models to optimize inventory, demand forecasting, and supply chain flow
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting dashboards for planning visibility
- Validate model outputs against business performance metrics and recommend iterative improvements
- Document model architecture, assumptions, and methodologies for stakeholder communication and knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, data science, engineering, or related quantitative field
- Demonstrated experience building planning or optimization models in a complex, multi-tier supply chain environment
- Proficiency with programming languages (Python, R, or similar) and data manipulation tools
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and network design principles

5–10 years of professional experience in supply chain planning, operations research, business analytics, or related quantitative roles, with at least 3 years focused on model development or planning system optimization.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, data science, engineering, business analytics, or related quantitative discipline. Master's degree in operations research, supply chain management, or data science is preferred.
