Richemont Compliance Intern
Richemont seeks a Compliance Intern in Mississauga: support regulatory monitoring, policy review and risk activities for the Canadian compliance team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the regional Compliance team in monitoring regulatory and industry developments relevant to Richemont’s Canadian operations.
- Perform research and analysis on regulatory requirements, sanctions lists and third‑party due diligence.
- Assist with maintenance and review of internal compliance policies, procedures and control documentation.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for compliance stakeholders and senior management.
- Support investigations and remediation activities, including data collection, recordkeeping and tracking remediation plans.
- Help deliver compliance training and awareness materials to business teams and contribute to ad hoc compliance projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program in Law, Business, Finance, Risk Management, Political Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic record with coursework or demonstrated interest in regulatory affairs, corporate governance, AML/CTF or risk management.
- Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail and the ability to synthesize regulatory material into actionable guidance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare professional reports and stakeholder‑facing materials.
- High level of integrity, discretion and respect for confidential information.

Experience
No prior professional experience is required; internships, academic projects or coursework in compliance, legal research, risk management, or financial regulation are advantageous and will be favourably considered.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Political Science or a related field.
