Richemont is hiring a Compliance Data & Process Expert in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland to lead GRC data analytics, process mapping and automated control reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain and govern compliance data models, master data and reporting for regulatory and internal-control requirements.
  • Map end-to-end compliance and control processes, identify gaps and define remediation roadmaps in partnership with Legal, Finance, Internal Audit and business units.
  • Develop and operate KPI dashboards and management reports to monitor control effectiveness and regulatory risk exposures.
  • Implement, configure and optimise GRC platforms and data pipelines to automate control testing and reporting (including data extraction, transformation and validation).
  • Lead data quality initiatives, implement data governance standards and introduce preventive controls across source systems and ERP interfaces.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on control failures and drive process redesign to reduce residual compliance risk.
  • Partner with process owners to document standard operating procedures, train stakeholders and embed sustainable control behaviours.
  • Support regulatory examinations and internal audits by producing evidence packages, analytics and trend analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in compliance, risk or internal control functions with strong emphasis on data and process design.
  • Demonstrable experience implementing or operating GRC tools and building automated control-testing workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of data governance, ETL principles and reporting best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills and ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational controls.
  • Professional certifications preferred: Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), CAMS, CISA, CIA or equivalent.

Experience

Typically 5+ years in compliance, risk, internal audit or process/controls roles with demonstrable experience in data analytics, GRC tooling and cross‑functional process improvement. Experience in regulated industries or multinational luxury/retail groups is highly advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Data Science, Business Administration or a related discipline; master's degree or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
