Richemont Communications & Client Executive in Ho Chi Minh City — manage media planning, PR, events, and client activations for luxury jewelry and watches brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support media planning activities across print, social media, and digital channels in alignment with business priorities and budget constraints
- Brief and collaborate with media agencies to deliver campaign activations across all channels
- Track campaign performance on a weekly basis with media agencies to ensure cost optimization
- Maintain and update master databases; retrieve and classify press files systematically
- Plan and support PR activities in coordination with the Communications & Client Manager
- Monitor daily editorial coverage and prepare Real Time News and Best Coverage reports for headquarters
- Coordinate PR logistics including loan facilitation, security, transportation, product condition checks, and asset returns
- Execute product-related events including pop-ups, exhibitions, press events, and boutique animation programs from proposal stage through on-ground support
- Manage event inventory in storeroom and warehouse facilities
- Extract and analyze client data to support boutique teams with event selection and client segment analysis
- Provide technical support to boutique teams on client-related applications and tools, gathering feedback for continuous improvement
- Coordinate client gifting programs from conceptualization through delivery and manage in-boutique client treatment activities
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in CRM, Marketing, or Communications role
- Preferably experience in retail luxury industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with data processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
- Demonstrated organizational and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage concurrent projects effectively
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in CRM, Marketing, or Communications roles, preferably within the retail luxury sector. Demonstrated experience in coordinating brand activations, managing PR campaigns, and supporting client engagement initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
