Richemont Communications & Client Executive, Ho Chi Minh City – manage luxury client engagement and brand communications.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated client communications strategies across digital, direct mail, and in-store channels
  • Manage client engagement programs and loyalty communications to enhance brand affinity and retention
  • Collaborate with retail, marketing, and client services teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries and feedback through multiple communication platforms
  • Create compelling communications content aligned with Richemont's brand standards and positioning
  • Track client communication metrics and optimize engagement strategies based on performance data

Qualifications
