Richemont seeks a Commercial Strategy & Network Development Intern in New York to support retail expansion, market analysis and commercial planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the commercial strategy team in analyses that shape channel and network decisions across markets.
- Map and evaluate retail and wholesale footprints, identifying opportunities for boutique openings, relocations or network rationalisation.
- Collect, clean and analyse sales, traffic and KPI datasets to inform business cases and scenario modelling.
- Benchmark competitors and local market conditions to support go‑to‑market recommendations.
- Build financial models and presentations to quantify commercial impact and investment requirements.
- Coordinate with brand, real‑estate and operations stakeholders to track project milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare clear, executive‑grade slide decks and briefing notes for senior management.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc projects including pilot programmes, partner selection and post‑opening performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy or Luxury Management.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience in quantitative analysis and commercial problem solving.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and confident PowerPoint skills for executive reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesise complex data into concise recommendations.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working across international, cross‑functional teams.
- Discretion and professional handling of sensitive commercial information.

Experience
Previous internship or project experience in retail, consulting, strategy or commercial analytics is preferred; demonstrable involvement in data‑driven projects, market studies or business case development is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Management or Luxury Management.
