Richemont is hiring a Commercial Strategy & Network Development Intern in New York. Internship supporting retail strategy, network planning and analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the commercial strategy team with market and channel analysis to inform network expansion and store footprint optimisation
- Collect, cleanse and validate sales, traffic and real estate data from multiple markets and internal sources
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to assess new openings, relocations and format changes
- Prepare concise executive presentations and dashboards for senior stakeholders and maison management
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and catchment-area studies to identify white‑space opportunities
- Coordinate with regional retail, real estate and finance teams to align project assumptions and timelines
- Contribute to ad hoc strategy projects, pilot initiatives and post‑opening performance reviews
- Document findings and maintain project trackers to support decision-making and implementation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business, Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related discipline
- Proven analytical ability with strong attention to numerical detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail, brand strategy or retail network planning
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet tight deadlines and present findings clearly
- Prior internship or project experience in consulting, retail strategy, real estate or analytics is desirable

Internship-level: academic coursework and 0–12 months of practical experience preferred; prior internships in consulting, retail strategy, real estate or analytics are advantageous.
