Richemont Commercial Project Manager
Richemont seeks a Commercial Project Manager in Istanbul to lead commercial initiatives, manage budgets and drive cross-functional delivery.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define, plan and deliver commercial projects from conception through to handover, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Own project budgets, commercial forecasts and margin analysis; monitor spend and deliverables to ensure financial targets are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including sales, merchandising, supply chain, legal and retail operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage external suppliers and contractors, lead procurement and contract negotiations, and hold vendors to agreed SLAs.
- Maintain project governance: develop roadmaps, risk registers, status reporting and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Implement change-management and roll-out plans to ensure adoption of commercial initiatives at store and regional levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Formal project management certification desirable (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Strong commercial and financial literacy with proven experience managing project P&L or budgets.
- Demonstrated capability in supplier/contract management and commercial negotiation.

Experience
Several years of progressive experience (typically 5+ years) managing commercial or retail projects, ideally within luxury goods, fashion retail or consumer goods. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree or project management certification preferred.
