Role & Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional projects to improve commercial performance across channels (wholesale, selective retail and digital), ensuring timely delivery of agreed KPIs and business outcomes.
- Define, track and optimise commercial KPIs and performance dashboards to support data‑driven decision making at regional and global levels.
- Coordinate stakeholders across commercial, wholesale, retail operations, finance, marketing and IT; translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans and workstreams.
- Design and implement process improvements, governance and change management to scale best practices and ensure adoption across teams and markets.
- Manage project budgets, risk registers and progress reporting; present clear, insight‑led recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a project manager or commercial performance lead within luxury goods, premium retail or wholesale environments.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience defining and monitoring KPIs, building dashboards and translating data into commercial actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrable experience delivering cross‑functional change programmes with clear business impact.
- Fluency in business English; additional languages an asset depending on market scope.
