Cartier (Richemont) seeks Commercial Performance Manager in Singapore for luxury commercial strategy, reporting, and performance analysis across ASEAN markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support business objectives by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial, client, and product domains, providing comprehensive 360-degree performance visibility
  • Lead digitalization and automation of critical sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for executive committees, commercial, client, marketing departments, and boutiques using tools such as Google Looker
  • Develop and implement performance management tools, dashboards, and governance routines to support business steering and strategic decision-making
  • Prepare clear, insight-led executive presentations and recommendations for strategic reviews, headquarters visits, and retail partner discussions
  • Analyze initiative results versus objectives on a frequent basis, establishing feedback loops for identifying sales growth opportunities and recommending improvements
  • Support the Commercial Director in building and embedding robust commercial management practices across the organization
  • Consolidate commercial planning and forecasting across subsidiaries, including budget, latest estimates, and three-year plan assumptions in partnership with Finance
  • Coordinate performance reviews and resulting action plans across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Brunei markets
  • Maintain strong interface with the Regional Commercial Performance team to ensure alignment on KPIs, planning frameworks, and reporting standards
  • Drive the development of short, medium, and long-term sales forecasts for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
  • Identify sales growth opportunities, formulate comprehensive commercial action plans, and rigorously analyze results against defined objectives
  • Maintain and regularly update the Commercial Network plan
  • Act as a major contributor to the creation of key commercial presentations, including the annual Market Action Plan
  • Collaborate on and lead cross-functional studies and Cartier action plans

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience working in multicultural environments with multiple and diverse management stakeholders
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient in reporting and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work with data and database environments
  • Motivated self-starter with a curious and flexible mindset
