Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, monitor and report commercial KPIs across retail and wholesale channels for the Korea market; deliver actionable insights to maximize sales, margin and sell‑through.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports for regional leadership using business intelligence tools.
  • Conduct deep‑dive sales, margin and product performance analyses to identify growth opportunities and underperforming assortments.
  • Partner with merchandising, retail operations, marketing and wholesale to align assortment, pricing and promotional strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly commercial review cycles; prepare presentations and financial narratives for senior management.
  • Design forecasting and scenario models to support inventory planning, demand shaping and markdown strategies.
  • Drive ad‑hoc analytical projects (store cluster analysis, customer cohort performance, channel shift impact) and translate findings into clear commercial actions.
  • Coach and influence cross‑functional stakeholders to embed performance discipline and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in commercial/retail analytics, business performance or commercial finance; experience within luxury, fashion or premium retail strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of partnering effectively with merchandising, retail operations and commercial leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical and modelling capabilities with a strong commercial orientation; ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; experience presenting to senior management and driving cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Fluency in English and Korean (spoken and written) to operate in a bilingual regional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related discipline; MBA or advanced quantitative qualification preferred.
