Commercial Performance Manager at Cartier Thailand (Richemont) – drive commercial strategy, sales forecasting, and data analytics in Bangkok. Luxury retail leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-define and lead commercial performance routines (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to review performance against priorities and foster a culture of accountability across commercial teams
- Drive Thailand market sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and strategic planning across retail, wholesale, high-end, and e-commerce channels
- Manage the end-to-end commission process, including calculation, validation, and submission aligned with approved schemes and performance outcomes
- Lead digitalization and automation of Looker sales reports; develop and adapt comprehensive performance dashboards for internal boutiques, external partners, and leadership
- Articulate data-driven insights and recommend strategic commercial actions to enhance business acumen and decision-making
- Contribute to and lead key commercial projects related to performance and productivity, such as boutique sizing, merchandising, floor management, and target setting
- Support the annual Market Action Plans and participate in commercial business reviews
- Manage commercial network plan updates and coordination, including scorecards and corrective action reports (CARs) preparation
- Oversee real-estate legal contracts follow-up and coordinate with internal Richemont stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience working in multicultural environments with diverse management stakeholders
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (Looker preferred)
- Advanced analytical capabilities with demonstrated expertise in working with data and database systems
- Excellent communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
Skills
Experience
10+ years of progressive experience in luxury commercial or retail departments, with demonstrated expertise in performance management, sales analysis, and multicultural stakeholder engagement within high-end retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
