Richemont: 6-month part-time Commercial Law Counsel contract in Paris. Support legal compliance and commercial agreements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on commercial contracts and agreements
- Support compliance with commercial law regulations
- Draft and review commercial legal documents
- Advise on contractual risk mitigation
- Assist with contract negotiations and finalization
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with expertise in commercial law
- Strong understanding of French and international commercial law frameworks
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in commercial law practice, preferably within a luxury goods, fashion, or retail environment.
Education
Law degree (Licence en Droit) or equivalent qualification; admission to the French bar (Barreau) or equivalent legal qualification required.
