Richemont — Intern, Commercial HR in New York. Support recruitment, onboarding and HR operations across the group's luxury commercial teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: post jobs, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation, induction scheduling and welcome logistics for boutique staff.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases; ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance of personnel files.
- Generate HR reports and basic workforce analytics to inform commercial HR decisions (headcount trackers, attrition metrics, simple dashboards).
- Coordinate learning and development logistics and administrative tasks for commercial teams and boutique employees.
- Contribute to HR projects and process-improvement initiatives across the commercial organisation and liaise with regional HR partners.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and high professional discretion handling confidential information.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or part-time experience in HR, retail or the luxury sector is preferred. Exposure to talent acquisition, HR administration or L&D coordination will be advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
