Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational processes across retail boutiques, including administrative workflows, office management, store support, and vendor coordination
- Drive operational excellence by standardizing and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations
- Support store teams in operational execution while ensuring alignment with company standards and business objectives
- Monitor store operations proactively and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Handle urgent operational issues including maintenance, logistics, and store-related incidents in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and local Korean regulations
- Develop and maintain CRC (Customer Relationship Center) guidelines and FAQs to uphold Piaget standards
- Assess potential development opportunities and propose enhancements in partnership with the CRC team
- Prepare and manage retail projects including boutique openings, closings, renovations, and pop-up/in-store events with complete documentation
- Manage contracts, documentation, expense claims, and internal approval processes for retail initiatives
