Richemont Commercial Excellence Project Manager in Dubai, leading strategic initiatives across Middle East, India, and Africa region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional commercial excellence projects aligned with Richemont's strategic priorities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve operational efficiency and revenue generation
- Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure project deliverables meet timeline and quality standards
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Identify process improvements and best practices across the MEIAT region
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading complex commercial or operational projects in luxury retail or related sectors
- Strong understanding of P&L management and commercial metrics
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across matrix organizations
- Excellent project management and strategic thinking capabilities
Skills
Experience
7–10 years of professional experience in commercial operations, strategy, or project management, preferably within luxury goods, retail, or multinational organizations
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred
