Vacheron Constantin seeks Commercial Data Analyst in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. Fluent English/French required. Looker, SQL, Excel skills essential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate commercial and client business needs into functional analytics requirements through stakeholder workshops and regular engagement
- Partner with the Analytics Engineer to implement solutions and iterate continuously, ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivered analytics
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions that streamline business processes and translate complex data into actionable visualizations
- Gather, compile, and analyze data to communicate complex findings and insights to diverse audiences through compelling visualizations and clear narratives
- Establish and uphold data governance and quality standards to ensure consistency and reliability across all commercial and client reporting
- Train and onboard colleagues on relevant data analytics tools including Looker and Excel dashboards
- Drive user adoption of new analytics tools and share data best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis
- Solid understanding of reporting and analytics processes, particularly in Commercial and Client domains
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Looker, SQL, and Excel
- Fluency in both English and French
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving orientation and hands-on execution approach
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and adaptability skills
