Richemont in Meyrin seeks a Commercial Client Engagement Project Manager to lead CRM and clienteling projects across maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial client engagement initiatives (CRM, clienteling and omnichannel campaigns) across internal stakeholders and maison teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, governance and resource plans; track milestones and escalate risks to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including retail, marketing, IT, data, analytics and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
- Translate commercial requirements into technical and operational specifications for CRM and clienteling platforms.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, produce regular performance reports and recommend optimizations to improve client conversion and retention.
- Design and deliver stakeholder communications, training and change-management activities to secure adoption at boutique and regional levels.
- Manage budgets, vendor contracts and procurement for assigned projects, ensuring delivery within time and cost constraints.
Qualifications
- Proven project management track record delivering CRM, clienteling or omnichannel initiatives within luxury retail, premium retail or related sectors.
- Experience coordinating matrixed, international stakeholders and external technology vendors.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience defining KPIs and reporting commercial impact to senior leadership.
- Formal project management qualification preferred (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
- Fluent business-level communication skills and the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience delivering commercial, CRM or client engagement projects, preferably within luxury goods, premium retail or multisite retail operations; demonstrable success managing cross-border initiatives and multi‑vendor implementations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems or related field; advanced degree or project‑management certification (PMP/Prince2) preferred.
