Richemont in Paris seeks a Commercial Business Analyst (CDI) to deliver commercial reporting, forecasting and margin analysis across maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce regular and ad-hoc commercial reporting and dashboards to monitor sales, margins, sell-through and inventory performance across channels and regions.
- Deliver revenue and margin analysis, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to commercial and finance stakeholders.
- Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to support monthly close, budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Partner with Sales, Wholesale, Retail and Supply Chain to translate commercial objectives into measurable KPIs and initiatives.
- Automate data extraction and reporting processes; ensure data quality and integrity across multiple source systems.
- Present insights and business cases to senior stakeholders to influence pricing, assortment and promotional decisions.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that improve commercial performance, pricing strategy and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent; a master’s degree or specialised commercial finance qualification is advantageous.
- Proven experience synthesising large datasets into clear commercial insight for revenue and margin optimisation.
- Advanced Excel competency, including modelling and scenario analysis.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and working knowledge of SQL for data interrogation.
- Familiarity with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP) and with retail or wholesale commercial processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present quantitative findings to non-technical audiences.

Mid-level candidate with approximately 3–5 years of hands-on commercial or financial analysis experience, preferably within luxury goods, retail, wholesale or consumer goods environments. Demonstrable track record of driving commercial decisions through data-driven insight.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline; master’s degree or professional qualification preferred.
