Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ready-to-wear collection merchandising strategies aligned with brand positioning and market demand
- Conduct assortment planning and inventory analysis to optimise product mix and turnover rates
- Collaborate with design, product, and commercial teams to ensure collection viability and market fit
- Monitor sales performance, trend data, and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions
- Prepare comprehensive merchandising presentations and reports for stakeholder review
- Manage product lifecycle from conception through end-of-season clearance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fashion merchandising or related buying function
- Strong knowledge of ready-to-wear market dynamics and seasonal collection cycles
- Proficiency in merchandising software and retail analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into commercial strategy

Experience
