Richemont seeks a Collection Manager for fashion accessories in Paris. Lead strategic collection development for a luxury accessories portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic development and evolution of the fashion accessories collection across assigned product categories
- Collaborate with design and sourcing teams to ensure collection coherence, quality standards, and seasonal delivery timelines
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform collection positioning and assortment decisions
- Manage collection budgets, product pricing strategies, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and sell-through performance
- Present collection concepts and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders
