Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive collection plan from brief through showroom presentation, maintaining consistency with Chloé DNA and merchandising strategy
- Optimise product offer efficiency including seasonal and carry-over items whilst accounting for regional specificities and market requirements in partnership with Sales Merchandising
- Conduct competitive analysis of collection structures and evolving market trends to inform strategic positioning
- Establish strategic partnerships with Operations to define collection planning, quality standards, priorities, and development timelines
- Define and secure pricing positioning strategy and margin targets in collaboration with Operations teams
- Ensure accuracy and compelling storytelling of all product information through store training and point-of-sale communications
- Manage showroom and press sample orders and fulfillment workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Collection Merchandising or Product Merchandising within the luxury sector
- Proven expertise in building accessories collections from offer strategy through market launch
- Demonstrated ability to translate creative vision into high-performing, coherent, and profitable assortments
- Advanced proficiency in market analysis, product performance management, and pricing strategy
- Solid experience managing international collections with understanding of regional market dynamics
- Strategic mindset with strong product sensibility and deep luxury industry knowledge
- Influential leadership capability to unite and challenge multiple stakeholders across Design, Development, Operations, and Regions
