Richemont seeks a part-time Barista in London to deliver exceptional coffee service and luxury café experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, and tea with precision and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all café equipment, work surfaces, and service areas
- Engage guests with knowledgeable, courteous service and product recommendations
- Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements to management
- Adhere to brand standards for presentation, timing, and customer interaction
Qualifications
- Proven barista experience or professional coffee training certification
- Proficiency with espresso machines and steaming equipment
- Strong understanding of coffee varieties, origins, and brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
