Richemont seeks CNC Machinist-Setter in Villars-sur-Glâne for night or 2x8 shift production role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines for precision machining operations
- Adjust and calibrate CNC equipment according to technical specifications
- Monitor machine performance and product quality during production cycles
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery
- Verify finished components against technical drawings and tolerances
- Maintain detailed production logs and documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating and setting CNC machines
- Knowledge of precision machining techniques and tolerances
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with CNC machinery in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
