Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to and enhance a complete stack of cloud security and DevSecOps solutions, including CSPM, CWP, SAST, secret detection, policy as code, and Infrastructure as Code modules review
- Provide practical guidance to engineering and project teams on implementation of security controls, guidelines, and best practices
- Enable cooperation between product teams, cybersecurity teams, and compliance functions, helping quantify risk and define relevant control objectives for securing cloud workloads
- Contribute to cloud security governance through committee participation, dashboard development with associated KPIs, and stakeholder engagement
- Autonomously identify functional and technical requirements, assess security gaps, and suggest improvements to cloud security posture
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cloud environments with proven track record in developing and implementing effective cloud security solutions
- Deep understanding of cloud provider services, particularly AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or GCP, with one or more relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Security
- Hands-on technical experience in Security Architecture, Automation & Configuration Management, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience with OWASP Testing Guide v3/4 and OWASP TOP 10
- Experience in data architecture, protection, and mitigation of data exfiltration risks on sensitive personally identifiable information (PII)
- Understanding of container technologies including Kubernetes and Anthos
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in cloud security engineering or a related cloud infrastructure role, with demonstrated expertise in implementing security solutions across multiple cloud platforms and managing security challenges in enterprise environments. Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) security management is preferred.
