Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements related to cloud and DevOps service adoption across enterprise stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive service enablement strategies to maximize adoption and utilization of cloud platforms and DevOps tools
- Create detailed business cases and ROI analyses for cloud and DevOps infrastructure initiatives
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business objectives into technical specifications and implementation roadmaps
- Monitor service performance metrics and produce regular reports to inform continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training sessions to drive organizational readiness and capability maturation
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend optimization opportunities within cloud and DevOps workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
